Please note, Vibrant & Sage Artworks do not accept returns for items purchased through our bespoke service.
All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance by Vibrant & Sage Artworks.
Acknowledgement of Order
Once you have placed your order on the website, you will receive an Acknowledgement of Order email with the details of your order along with the Terms of Service. This Acknowledgement of Order is not an acceptance of your order.
Upon shipment of the product you have ordered, Vibrant & Sage Artworks will send you a Confirmation of Order email. Vibrant & Sage Artworks will preserve information concerning all orders as required by applicable law.
If your credit card account is in a currency other than CAD, your bank will convert the currency to pay us in CAD, but the charge on your account will be in your currency. Sales outside of Canada may be subject to customs, tariffs, and/or your local taxes. Those costs are not included in our invoice as the buyer is responsible for paying those fees. Visit the US Customs and Border Protection site to get an estimate of the charges that might apply. Shipping to the USA is approximately $15 and, did you know that you get $15 CAD off of every purchase if you sign up for our Sage Speak blog? We thought that might get your attention.
Returns & Exchanges
We carefully wrap every piece in a padded gift box and ship insured mail so that your handmade Vibrant & Sage designer jewellery arrives safely. If in the unlikely event you find your purchase is broken when it arrives, the return is free. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you pay for the cost of shipping the return via insured mail.
If we receive a returned item that has, in our sole discretion, been used, modified, or broken, we will deduct the cost of re-polishing/repairing the piece from your refund or store credit. Please note that Vibrant & Sage Artworks is not liable for lost or delayed packages.
Returns postmarked within 14 days
If we receive the item in unused, new condition with a return postmarked within 14 days of delivery to you, we will issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.
Returns postmarked between 14 and 30 days
If we receive the item in unused, new condition return postmarked after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery to you, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price.
How to complete your return
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the steps below:
- Take a photo of the piece and the packaging, and email the image along with a description of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once your email has been received, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a return label and instructions.
- Please return the unused jewellery piece the way you received it––wrapped in cushioned packaging in the gift box. It must be sent via insured mail that is set for the jewellery’s original purchase value. Upon shipment of your returns, please notify Vibrant & Sage Artworks by email.
- Your exchange or refund will be processed upon receipt of goods in unused, new condition.
All pieces over $50 CAD will be shipped by insured mail. For shipments to locations outside of Canada, you will be required to pay any relevant customs, taxes, or other charges required by your country of import. Vibrant & Sage Artworks is not liable for these charges.
